With comfortable memory foam mattresses, the master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV (bring your logins for your favorite steaming platforms), dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. And, updated patio furniture to comfortably enjoy your afternoon Spritz!
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and enjoy dining in the separate dining area for 6 or on the screened-in porch with seating for 4. Relax in the living area with a couch, loveseat, and chair, with a 55" flat screen Smart TV.
The Palms is conveniently located near Delaware beaches, offering easy access to tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets and great restaurants. It's also just a short drive or bike ride to the beach.
Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As our guest, you'll receive one pool pass for use of the community pool. The condo complex enforces a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. My name is Brian and recently purchased this beautiful condo in Rehoboth Beach, DE. From the first time I came to Rehoboth, I knew I wanted to purchase a condo here that would allow me to enjoy the summer months while escaping DC. I've recently relocated to Chicago but still enjoy my time at the beach, specifically Rehoboth.
