Other things to note:

Dog-policy: Maximum of 2 allowed + a $150 fee.  Renters are liable for any damage caused by their dog and are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste. Dogs only, no other pets -- no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, therefore we highly encourage travel insurance to protect from the unexpected. Travel Insurance can be purchased at the time of booking. Travel insurance coverage may be purchased at the following times:
  • At the time of initial booking
  • When the check-in or arrival date is 30 days or more in the future.
  • At the time of booking, or within +5 days of booking, WHEN the check-in or arrival date is 30 days or less in the future.
  • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection cannot be purchased less than 30 days before check in date.
Rental Agreement: a rental agreement is required to be signed at the time of booking along with providing a picture of your ID. The guest that books the stay is required to sign the agreement and provide the names of all guests staying, and must be present during the entirety of the reservation.  
Minimum age of Primary Renter: 25
 
Check-in after: 4 PM
Checkout before: 11 AM

Three days before your arrival, you will receive a message via email with house information, directions, what to bring, and how you will receive your unique door code for your stay.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
