Other things to note:
Dog-policy: Maximum of 2 allowed + a $150 fee (Hypoallergenic only). Renters are liable for any damage caused by their dog and are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste. Dogs only, no other pets -- no exceptions. Dogs are only allowed on the main level of the home, and the gate must be placed at the top of the stairs to prevent dogs from going to the lower level
Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance: Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible; therefore, we highly encourage travel insurance to protect from the unexpected. Travel Insurance can be purchased at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
- Travel insurance coverage may be purchased at the following times:
- At the time of initial booking
- When the check-in or arrival date is 30 days or more in the future.
- At the time of booking, or within +5 days of booking, WHEN the check-in or arrival date is 30 days or less in the future.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection cannot be purchased less than 30 days before check in date.
Rental Agreement: a rental agreement is required to be signed at the time of booking along with providing a picture of your ID. The guest that books the stay is required to sign the agreement and provide the names of all guests staying, and must be present during the entirety of the reservation.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit Hold in the amount of $500.00 is placed on the card on file 1 day before arrival and will remain on the card for up to 7 days post-departure to allow for inspection of the property. In most cases, the security deposit hold is released sooner but 7 days may be required in certain circumstances. The security deposit is NOT a charge on your credit card, rather an authorization; when it is active it will appear as a pending transaction. When released, the authorization will fall off the card; you will not see a refund or credit back to the card since there was no charge.

Three days before your arrival, you will receive a message via email with house information, directions, what to bring, and how you will receive your unique door code for your stay.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
