As you pull into the driveway at Valleywood Villa, you’ll find an inviting walkway to the home that will instantly make you feel like you’re on vacation.  The home is full of windows throughout and flooded with sunlight - the living room has a soaring ceiling, floor-to-ceiling stone mantle with wood burning fireplace, and skylights – making the living room the perfect space to enjoy time with family and friends.  The spacious living room transitions to a large dining area and fully stocked kitchen with access to two large outdoor spaces – one screened and one not. The Kitchen and dining room provide ample space to cook and gather with friends and family. The table seats 8-10 people with an additional 3 seats along the bar.

On the main level is the primary bedroom with a private bathroom with its own private deck.  Additionally, there’s a half bath on the main level for communal use.  Walk down to the lower level to find 4 additional bedrooms all with private baths and patios. You’ll find a cozy and comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and access to outdoor space and the 6-person hot tub.  All of this offers ample opportunity for gathering with friends and family or solo space for you to retreat to.

This home provides great space for families and larger groups to gather and enjoy time together.

The Collection Vacation Homes love dogs and want you to be able to travel with your furry friends. This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2-dogs with a non-refundable dog fee of $150. Please, no more than two dogs during your stay. We only ask that you please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste. While we also love our felines, we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time.

**All COVID-19 related restrictions have been lifted for the Owners Club including capacity limits and reservations for most amenities.  There are a few amenities that do still require reservations - indoor pool/lap swimming, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor basketball courts. This is subject to change if the State of Illinois re-institutes restrictions related to the pandemic. Reservations cannot be guaranteed, and there are no discounts or refunds if the Owner's Club amenities are not available. **
